On April 27, 2021, the final DigI-VET project meeting will take place in form of an online meeting.
We are very pleased to discuss the latest results of the project and the further steps to go – even after the end of the project.

Despite the ongoing corona pandemic, our strong consortium can still celebrate further successes! The DigI-VET book is almost ready for the final editing and can be printed in the next few days!
The book version as well as digital open source can be requested and downloaded from the website. We look forward to presenting the work to you soon.

From 19th to 21st of November 2019 the 2nd DiGi-VET – Meeting took place in London.
In addition to constructive discussions about previously developed contents, the project partners also prepared the work plans for future tasks within the framework of the DiGI-VET project. All partners are looking forward to further fruitful cooperation!
The next DiGI-VET conference is right ahead.
From the 19th to the 21st of November 2019 the
DiGI-VET Research and Development Conference
will take place in London, UK.
Fostering Digitisation and Industry 4.0 is one of the core issues here.
There will be discussions on digitisation and digitalisation in the partner countries and also a strong focus on the development of a compentence grid for people who deal with digitisation as well as a focus on the upcoming DiGI-VET book.
The Erasmus+ project DigI-VET addresses new and innovative ways of learning and teaching in the age of digitization and Industry 4.0. The development of a curriculum and learning resources for digitisation is a core aspect of the project and goes hand in hand with an innovative sMOOC for teachers and learniers in VET which offers the most crucial aspects on the topic.
The partner take part in the ERASMUS+ days (#ErasmusDays) with actions in the field of strategic partnerships for vocational education and training and we are happy to be a member of the great world of ERASMUS+ (#ErasmusPlus).

The next DiGI-VET meeting will take place in London, UK.
ARVET will host the meeting from the 19th to 21st of November 2019.
Core aspects will be the discussion on Industry 4.0 approaches in the partner countries and the design of the DiGI-VET book.
Politics is focussing on Digitisation and tries to integrate it in educational contexts. This means that there is an increasing funding and support of schools and education providers. Nevertheless, it this often just focused on tachnical aspects. The didactic support of teachers, trainers and educational staff is often missing.
After an excellent start of the DiGI-VET project on the 1st of December 2018 the partners agreed to hold a first conference to discuss the issues on digitisation and Industry 4.0 with regard to vocational education and Training.
The conference will be held at the university of Paderborn from the 17th to the 19th of December. The chair of business and human resource education II of Prof. Dr. Marc Beutner will host the conference.
